Terms of use
These terms cover your use of jasonmark.com and the estimate, call and text services offered through it by Jason Mark Handyman ("we", "us"). By using the site or contacting us through it, you agree to them.
Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A quote from photos or video is a good-faith starting point; the final price is confirmed before any work begins.
Service area
We serve South El Monte, the surrounding San Gabriel Valley cities and Los Angeles. We may decline work outside that area or work that requires a licensed specialist.
Text messaging terms
Jason Mark Handyman offers two optional text programs, each with its own checkbox on our estimate form:
- Service texts: estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support and service follow-ups, including a request to review a completed job.
- Promotional texts: occasional offers and promotions.
You choose each program separately, and neither is required to get an estimate. If you text us first, we will reply by text about your request.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (626) 655-4441.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and messages. Your opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Photos and videos you send
You confirm that any photos or videos you send are yours to share and relate to the job. We use them to quote and plan the work and will not publish them without your permission.
Limits
The site is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate, but services, prices and availability may change at any time. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under California consumer law.
